The Technological Innovation Research Based on Knowledge Management
Technological innovation is an evolutionary process of knowledge generation, creation and application. In this paper, technological innovation and knowledge management theory are adopted to study the introduction of knowledge management which exists in the process of the technological innovation. Based on the relationship between the knowledge management and technological innovation, this paper analyzes how to combine the knowledge management and technological innovation effectively, and to improve the efficiency of technological innovation, and makes a research about the knowledge management content during different stages of the technological innovation. Finally, this paper suggests the measures of building the technological innovation support system with the theory of knowledge management, namely: establishing the organizational structure which is convenient for knowledge management during the technological innovation, using knowledge management methods to control technological innovation risks, establishing the tracking mechanisms of innovation performance based on knowledge management.
