High-Technique Enterprise Growth Mechanism Based on Open Innovation
In the circumstances of economic globalization and work dividing and cooperation, during post financial crisis era, based on the win-to-win idea competition and cooperation becomes the basic sustentation to come up to market competition and enterprises strategic goal. Contrasting to closed innovation, open innovation offers a new growth path to high-technique enterprise in the high uncertain circumstances. The paper clarifies connotation and characteristics of both closed and open innovation; based on the comparative analysis of open and closed innovation, we discuss the growth mechanism of high-technique enterprises which base upon open innovation, advocate enterprises turning from closed innovation to open innovation, in order to face a new era of non-wall open style innovation.
