A Research on Technological Innovation of Small and Medium Enterprises in Pingdingshan City

摘要：

Based on the research review and analysis of technological innovation of small and medium enterprises (SMEs for short as below) of home and abroad, the papers proposes the pertinence measures to resolve the existing problems in technological innovation of SMEs in Pingdingshan City. At the same time, the author wishes the paper can provide reference for solving the problems of small and medium enterprises to the Government.
