Construct the Evaluation Index System of Technology Innovation Capability of SMEs

摘要：

There are a lot of researches on enterprises technology innovation capability evaluation and some of them have achieved valuable results in academia. But the general results of the research can not evaluate the SMEs technology innovation capability accurately because the enterprises with different scale have different characteristics of technology innovation. There are few studies about the SMEs technology innovation capability evaluation in academia, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of SMEs technology innovation capability after considering the characteristics of SMEs technology innovation on the basis of previous achievements, in order to evaluate the SMEs technology innovation capability comprehensively, systematically and objectively.
