Enhance SMEs Competitiveness Using BSC

摘要：

Without evaluation, management is impossibility. This principle is often mentioned when the importance of utilizing KPI in performance management is emphasized. The BSC is an integrated strategic performance management framework that is intended to overcome the inadequacies of the result evaluation systems that focus only on financial indicators. This thesis proposes that by utilizing BSC, SMEs can achieve performance improvement and enhance corporate competitiveness.
