The System Innovation for SMEs in Northern Part of Jiangsu Province

摘要：

Innovation system is the key element foe SMEs development. Narrow the gap between different regions to achieve economic development coordinately is an important strategy for Jiangsu province. The SMEs in northern Jiangsu province are facing a very intense challenge such as costs rise, currency appreciation, industry upgrading etc, the system is the main constrains, this article studied the constrains of innovation system for SMEs in northern part of Jiangsu province, proposed some countermeasures to improve the innovation system according to the constrains.
