Comprehensive Evaluation on the Technological Innovation Capability of the Small-and-Medium Enterprises Based on DEA

摘要：

The improvement of technological innovation ability is the basic way to maintain the small-and-medium enterprises advantages in competition, which is an important parameter to appraise the competitive position in the industry. This paper established an evaluation system of the technological innovation capability based on DEA, and 14 SMEs in northern part of Jiangsu province were evaluate d their capability of technological innovation empirically, some suggestions to improve the capability of technological innovation for the SMEs were proposed accordingly.
