Protection of Intellectual Property Strategy for SMEs in China

摘要：

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in China accounted for the vast majority of companies, as Chinas economic development and labor to make a great contribution to employment. However, small and medium enterprises are subject to shortage of funds and profit-seeking, intellectual property protection for SMEs faces many problems, which restrict the sustainable development of SMEs. Government, industry associations and enterprises themselves should take measures to enhance IPR protection for SMEs.
