Legal Environment Construction and Protection of Intellectual Property Rights for SMEs
The issue of protection of intellectual property rights(IPRs) for small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) is extremely urgent and serious at present in China, including weakness of self-protection and short of respect to the others IPRs.lt is mainly caused by the chronical lack of historical cultures and traditions, unsatisfactory Legal environment for SMEs survival, general financing difficulties and weakness of protection of IPRs, deficiency of legal service and mechanism of restraint and supervision on the abuse of IPRs. Therefore, the government should train intellectual property legal service personnel by strengthening legislation, judicatory, execution and propaganda of IPRs laws and regulations. Meanwhile, SMEs should also work together to make contributions to the improvement of Legal environment for the protection of IPRs by hard studying and Flexible utilization of intellectual property laws and regulations.
