Restart-up of potlines-Organisation mode and experience

摘要：

Due to the influence of global financial crisis and the shortage of power supply, one smelter suspended production to the extent of about 80000 tons at the end of 2008. In spring of 2009, the market turned better, the smelter restarted more than 130 pots. It was the second or third time for most of these pots to restart; the cells have exhibited stable operation. This is reflective of the new organization mode and high capabilities of technicians and field operators.
