The Study on the Renovation of Old Industrial District combining with the Creative Industry in the Pearl River Delta Region

摘要：

the paper analyses the study background of the renovation of old industrial districts combining with the creative industry in the Pearl River Delta Region, China, under the industry structure transformation and urban renovation period, and then sets up the evaluation system on the reconstruction, in order to attain unified planning and reasonable modes on the renovation. Then it studies on the specific requirements and methods on the different types of industry renovation affected by the creative industry from planning layout and building reconstruction aspects, by the case studies in the Pearl River Delta Region. Finally the paper affords the specific suggestions after the relative existing problems on the renovation are put forward, which could be used the experience of the cases in other regions for reference.
