Legal Issues relating to Agent Construction Systemin Government Investment Projects

摘要：

agent construction system is the new project management model in government investment projects, but the related laws and regulations is very imperfect. Based on analysis on the legal relationship, legal basis and legal barriers about agent construction system in current, legislative proposals of agent construction system were put forward.
