An Empirical Study of Government Regulation System of the Real Estate Development Land in Beijing
The aim of the paper is to analysis the efficiency of the government regulation system of the real estate development land in Beijing. We analysis the four main problem of this regulation system: the market access of real estate development enterprises, the municipal government responsible, acquisition and use of real estate development land. The conclusion is to define regulation goals, perfect market access and market exit mechanism and acquisition and use mechanism of real estate development land.
