Organization Planning of 2010 Shanghai World Expo Facility Operation and Management

摘要：

Facilities management is an integrated management model which surpasses property management and ensures the building environment features. Based on the basic theory of facilities management and 2010 Shanghai World Expo project management practice, this paper analysis the characteristics of its facilities management operations, establishes the facility breakdown structure and the three organizational system from the point of views of the scope definition and organization designing, in order to establish a benchmark for the operation and management of similar projects organizational planning.
