Game Analysis of Credit Issue within the Construction Agent System

摘要：

In order to solve the credit problem existing in construction agent market, first of all, based on the practical situation of credibility in construction agent market, this paper intends to provide a detailed analysis of the harms to the society caused by credit deficiency of the construction agent. Secondly, through the use of common game mode, it will introduce a repeated game mode (the costs of searching information, supervision and communication are included), thus deciphering the major factors in facilitating the cooperation between subjects in construction agent market, analyzing the indispensable condition in the cultivation of honesty, lastly, presenting the way to solve the problem of credit loss in construction agent market.
