Research of Unascertained Measure Model in Real Estate Investment Risk Assessment
Real estate is gradually becoming the infrastructure industry of national economy and new growth point. Real estate investment is an important form of investment. Risk assessment is a key step in investment risk management. For real estate investment risk characteristics, unascertained measure model is used in this paper to analyze the real estate investment risk. The paper provides an effective method of quantitative evaluation of real estate risk and establishes a real estate investment risk assessment system. At last, an example is employed to testify its accuracy and value in practice, and the results shows that the model provides a qualitative and quantitative method about the evaluation of investment risk.
