Estimation on Scale and Coordinated Development of Rural Infrastructure

摘要：

Rural infrastructure development is the key to solve the three-dimensional rural issues. Firstly, This article analyses of the constitution and influence factors of the scale of rural infrastructure; Secondly, puts forward a quantitative method and a qualitative rules to estimate the scale and coordinated development of rural infrastructure; Lastly, point out the importance of aiming at supplying effective decision support for rural infrastructure management and development planning.
