Adjustment Method of Project Team Configuration Based on Task Relationship Matrix

摘要：

aimed at the unbalanced workload in team configuration, we proposed an adjustment approach for team configuration based on task relationship matrix. First of all, task attributes including task time sequence, task importance degree and complexity degree were calculated according to the task relationship matrix. Second, heuristic adjustment rules were developed based on task attributes in order to solve the problem of task delay because of high-ability member with high workload. The method was validated in a case study. The result showed that the method can effectively identify the unbalanced team configuration and generate more reasonable plan for the project.
