Study on the Existing Problems and Counter-measures of Project Risk Management in China

摘要：

The whole life cycle of construction project is subjected to the threat from various risks, effective risk management is successful assurance for construction project. Based on the questionnaire of the current situation of the project risk management, the existing problems in construction project risk management in China are analyzed. The problems include poor awareness of project risk, insufficient data which risk analysis is based on, lack of appropriate risk analysis tools and methods, risk response means falling behind, the shortage in human resource of risk management, relevant legal system being imperfect and so on. For the existing problems, some corresponding countermeasures are put forward. The countermeasures include strengthening the informationize of the construction enterprises, building data warehouse of the post construction projects, using portfolio strategy of risk response, strengthening the construction engineering insurance and guarantee system and so on. Finally, the project risk management trends are predicted.
