Prediction of Constructive Land Demand in Xian Based on Gray Prediction Model

摘要：

This paper makes the demand of Xian construction land as research object Because grey prediction model can establish precise forecast model with a few data.this paper establishes grey forecasting model for the demand of xian construction land to forecast the demand over the next few years. The results show that this model can well reaction construction of land demand change actually with good scientific and practical.
