Addressing Scheduling Software for Anayzing Delay Claim

摘要：

Currently available Scheduling Softwares are not an optimal solution for analyzing delay claims. Such softwares contain features that are primarily designed for project management; which may lead to inaccuracies while processing delay claims. As a result, it is difficult to apply Delay Analysis Techniques using current scheduling softwares. This paper will address inaccuracies that affect current scheduling softwares and suggest improvements in this area of application.
