Research of the Contractual Relationship in Constructional Engineering Disputes

摘要：

real estate plays an important role in the development of society, concerns peoples life, city image and investment environment, which is significant for social stability. With the rapid development of construction industry and real estate market, irregular operation continuously emerges in the development and construction of real estate, some illegal phenomena happen occasionally, and the cases of constructional engineering contract disputes increase year by year. The problems such as contracting without advance payment, contracting over qualification level, lowering project quality standard, default on construction cost and others happen occasionally, which should be paid attention to. The related researches of contractual relationship in the disputes are done in this article.
