The Study of Small Town Sewage Treatment Engineering Financing Decision

Small town sewage treatment engineering is an important component of the work of the water environment protection and pollution control, and sewage treatment project financing decisions will have a direct impact on the projects construction and operations. The traditional evaluation method often exist subjectivity is too strong or depend on the determination of the membership function, and the combination of different functions greater impact on the evaluation results. This article uses the theory of fuzzy optimum selection, fuzzy set theory combined with system analysis. Through the establishment of relevant indicators, BOT, TOT and PFI three financing models get the decision analysis, and get the conclusion that small towns sewage disposal engineering should choose TOT financing mode as the primary financing mode. It can provide the financing decision gist for small towns sewage treatment engineering of our country.
