Study on the Lean Planning System of China Construction Enterprises
This paper introduces the traditional plan technology adopted by china construction enterprises, points out its shortcomings, then put forwards the concept of the lean planning system, introduces its the major contents, compilation methods and adjustment methods. The lean planning system is composes of main plan, month plan ,forward plan, weekly plan and daily plan. The planning system is the combination of the long-term and short-term, static and dynamic, push and pull, finally, introduces the performance measurement index PPC (Percent Plan Complete) widely used in last planner technology and its calculating method. The lean planning system could change the unidirectional information flowing way and make up the defects of the traditional planning system, and make plans more realistic and more flexibility. Using lean planning system in china construction industry would promote labor productivity and profitability of China construction companies.
