Study on the Present Condition of Construction Claim and Countermeasure

摘要：

Construction claim is one of the key points in the contract management of engineering construction. Scientifically and reasonably resolving the problem of construction claims legally is a necessary method to protect contractors own profit and get a reasonable reward. From the viewpoint of a contractor, this thesis introduces the current situation of construction claims and the existing problems. The paper proposes principals and the strategy and skills for construction claims. The contractor should make good use of the opportunity to improve the possibility of success and maximize the profit.
