Cost Forecast and Cost Control of Construction Project

摘要：

This paper makes cost forecast and cost control as research emphasis which are the key links in the cost management of construction project. It applies different models for research of different periods. It puts forward dynamic control of cost: Improve the traditional earned value method; Establish control alert system; Combine cost control with technology of information management to form function modules. Based on this it improves the level of the cost management effectively.
