The Application of SCM in Smoke Detection Alarm System

With the development of society and economy, fire-prevention work is getting more and more important. But meanwhile the researches work at home mainly focuses on the large-scale fire alarm system in public places, while in residential area this small-scale fire-prevention unit, the cheap but practical automated smoke alarm device is needed. Therefore, a simple-designed but inexpensive digital networked smoke alarm needs to be developed to suit the markets demands. This paper, through a combination of smoke signal acquisition circuit, simulated switching system, SCM control circuit and GSM network, designs logical, simple and easy-to-use alarm system in order to bring SCM into the full application in smoke alarm system.
