The real estate enterprises in our own funds are low, most of the proportion of loan funds from the outside world. The credit risk is real estate companies face major risk, the first one of our countrys current credit analysis of appraisal target problems, followed by many different property listed companys financial characteristics and its scale is to identify the credit risk, the use of the relevant data to further arguments. Also pointed out the real estate enterprises in the evaluation of the credit risk of trend analysis, this article in the advanced experience of and improve our current financial indicator system of real estate.
