Calculation and Experimental Research on Dynamic Characteristic of the Large vertical planetary gear transmission decelerator
According to the structural feature of large vertical planetary gear transmission decelerator, the dynamic model with lumped parameters for coupled translation and torsion of the planetary spur-gear transmission is established, and the vibration response is calculated with mode superposition method. The dynamic characteristics which are the FRF (frequency response function) and the modal frequency of the high speed shaft, low speed shaft, planet gear and sun gear are calculated with ADAMS software. Field test is carried out and the experimental results are compared with the theoretical results to indicate that those modes with radial translation and torsion have the principal influence on the noise radiated from decelerator.
