H∞ / H- Fault Detection Observer for LTI Systems and its Application

摘要：

This paper addresses the fault detection issue for linear discrete time invariant (LTI) systems subject to unknown disturbances. The underlying problem is investigated based on the generalized KYP lemma in the finite frequency range. In this paper, anew LMIs solution to the fault detection issue is proposed.
