AR Modeling of the Quartz Flexural Accelerometer Setup Process
The quartz flexural accelerometer is the major sensor of the high-precision inertial instruments. In order to represent the characteristics of quartz flexural accelerometer, time series analysis is used to model the setup process of the quartz flexural accelerometer. Firstly, data acquisition, data analysis and data processing of the setup process data are carried out. Secondly, the autocorrelation function and the partial correlation function of the sample setup process data are calculated and it indicates that the autocorrelation function of setup process data has tailing characteristics and the partial correlation function has censored characteristics. So AR model can be used to describe the setup process of the quartz flexural accelerometer. Thirdly, the parameters of AR model are estimated by using least square method and generalized least square method. Lastly, the AIC values and standard deviation are calculated and it indicates that the higher order of AR model, the smaller AIC values, so the higher AR model has more approximation performance. The autocorrelation function of the fitted residual shows that the autocorrelation function values of AR(4) and AR(5) and AR(6) model are in the range of -2σ2/N(1/2)~ + 2σ2/N(1/2) and the residual error can be been regard as white noise.
