Measurement of Evaporation Duct Height Using Satellite Remote-Sensing data

At present, there are two methods of measuring the evaporation duct. One is the Bulk-Flux algorithm, the other is M-Profile fitting. However, the two methods only can obtain the simple- point evaporation duct and can not satisfy our needs for the wide range oceanic information. In this paper, we introduce a method for measuring evaporation duct height from satellite remoteness sensing data and revise the inversion results with observing data. As a result, we conclude that the inversion method is effective..
