The Application of Audio Index and Video Index in Set Top Box with Virtual Instruments

摘要：

In this paper, it is introduced a kind of automatic test system with audio index and video index in Set Top Box (STB) based on LabVIEW. This system makes a PC connect with video analyzer by GPIB bus. It makes use of program with LabVIEW graphics to realize instrumental measurement automatically. At the same time, it imports the measure results into the computer, and read in the program through data to create test report which is just needed finally. Experiments show that this way can not only improve test efficiency, but also increase test reliability, and reduce the man-made error.
