Design of Heat Flux Simulation and Fuzzy-PID Control System for Remote Sensor Based on LabVlEW and Ethernet
According to the features of multi-loop, complex structure and the vacuum thermal inertia, a novel adaptive control system is proposed. Using the concept of virtual instrumentation and the basic theory of Data Acquisition, LabVlEW software as platform, a Fuzzy-PID control system is designed. The systems function is powerful, the operation is simple. Real-time data can be saved. The results of tests show the high control precision, expandability and reliable operation of this system. Furthermore it is remote controllable, flexible and migrate to other areas easily.
