Automatic test on conduction safety margins for systems
Design and implementation of an automatic test system for conduction safety margins of systems are presented in this paper. Test theory and system composition are described, after which the key points of the design are discussed, including the correction of primary data, selection of testing frequencies, adjustment of signal generator, and timing of the control. The advantages of automatic test are summarized. It is proved by practical experiments that our automatic test system is efficient and convenient.
