Research and Design based on Embedded WEB PLC
This paper presents and accomplishes a new kind of general design based on the embedded WEB PLC. The PLC hardware platform used modular design based on the ARM chip, and the uClinux embedded operating system. Many kinds of communication interface are designed based on the platform; Especially through Virtual Machines design(joined a layer of abstract virtual PLC added between embedded system and user program) to compile and execute user procedures, the probability and the versatility of the system are strengthened greatly. The Boa server is established based on the uClinux, and the related static state webpage and the dynamic CGI procedure are compiled to achieve remote monitoring with the embedded CGI technology. A frequency control system experiment was carried out based on the embedded PLC. Experimental results show that the system is reasonable, and has a good potential of application.
