Provision of new models for payment systems acceptance by users

Although technical issues are necessary in succeeding the online payment system, but it is not enough and the user acceptance is a key factor for this success. On this paper the models of the system acceptance including Rogers and TAM and other researches were studied and presented process based model for the payment systems acceptance by buyer and merchant. The given model has considered the acceptance of the buyer in five steps including awareness, persuasion, Intention to use the system, subscription, the Actual use and continue to use of the system. All of these steps (except persuasion step) exist in merchant acceptance model. Also because of that payment systems are including two groups of users (payer and payee) the acceptance model was separately researched for both groups of the customers, also because of the characteristics of the payment systems real use stage was divided into both subscriptions in system anal use of the system. Also in this paper effective factor in various stage of presented acceptances model, that may be different for buyer and merchant, were studied.
