The Construction of High Precision Two Way Satellite Time and Frequency Transfer System
Two way satellite time and frequency transfer is a particularly high precision technique, with an improvement of one order of magnitude over conventional method. Its developments and technical attempts for practical uses are under progress. In this paper, the present situation and research of two way satellite time and frequency transfer technology (TWSTFT) performed in the National Institute of Metrology(NIM), such as software programming and construction process of the TWSTFT network between NIM and Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB), have been introduced in detail.
