Research on the Dynamic Characteristic of Crankshaft Online Automatic Measuring System

摘要：

The online automatic measuring system is an important part in the crankshaft straightening press. The level measuring mechanics was designed according to the direct touch measuring principle. To research stability and quick response of the measuring system, the state equation was built based on the bond graph theory. The spring stiffness was optimized through simulation method with MATLAB software. Some experiments were performed on YH40-160 crankshaft straightening press, sampling 25 parts randomly can coincide better between manual operations and the automatic measuring system.
