Problem on coupling of degree of freedom of Shell and solid element

The freedom coupling of shell and solid elements has gradually become a difficult problem in finite element because the rotational freedom is discontinuous. It is often solved by Multipoint Constraint law. In the paper, the method of rotational freedom of certain node shared by the constrained joint of shell and solid elements is offered. Contrasting with the MPC law, we can consider that the method mentioned in this paper is easy to realize and has a similarly high accuracy. It is reference meaning for solving the coupling of shell and solid elements in finite element.
