The Research on Pinned of Excavators Track

As the rapid development of computer and the mature of Finite Element Theory, such large general-purpose software as ANSYS is being widely applied to design the structure of mechanical components. And there are a number of elements that have impact on the analysis accuracy of ANSYS. The paper is to take pinned connection of excavators track for example, setting up models of pin whole FE and single FE, which would be analyzed with ANSYS, and finally make analysis and comparison of the two results with classic Hertz theory, to get the influential factors of model on ANSYS analysis. Its meaningful for improving FE analysis accuracy and making better use of FE theory to some extent.
