Research on the Appraising Approach System and Approach Selection of Forest Reserves Assets

摘要：

The research on the appraisal of forest reserves assets is the necessary demand to invigorate the forest reserves assets and forest ownership reform. This paper, based on the analysis and research of the features of the forest reserves assets, makes a relatively detailed analysis into the appraising approach system of the forest reserves assets and the approaches, discusses and researches the application scopes and theories of various approaches and provides the theoretical basis to carry out the exercise, practice and appraisal activities of the forest reserves assets.
