Oil-gas Well FBG High Pressure Sensors Testing Equipment Study
Beacause Testing and calibrating of oil-gas well optical fiber Bragg grating (FBG)high pressure sensors always is a hard problem. To solve this problem, a new optical fiber high pressure sensors testing equipment is developmented, and its structure and function of every segment are described. It has many virtues: simple structure, safe operation, convenience test, controlled pressure measure range (reached 80MPa more), et al. In the range of 40MPa, using this equipment, a commercial Bragg grating pressure sensor is tested, on the pressure crease stages, the pressure sensitivity coefficient relative error is about 1.5%; on the pressure decrease stages, the pressure sensitivity coefficient relative error is about 1%; the examination result show that the equipment can absolutely meet the testing and calibration need of FBG pressure sensors.
