Research on Coal Floor Fluctuation Simulation Based on Longwall Working Face
The accurate fluctuation change of the coal floor is the basis of the Shearers mining automation. In order to get the fluctuation change of the floor surface, the methods of detection and simulation of coal floor fluctuation are studied in the paper. The relevant angle sensors are mounted in the body of Shearer to measure the angle values of Shearers body in the direction of working face. The relationship of the Shearers angle and Conveyors angle of each trough are calculated and described by the polynomial regressive model. The regressive model can be identified by relevant data. The accurate curve of coal floor fluctuation can be simulated based on the accurate angle of the each trough from the regressive model. The result of the simulation is mainly consistent with the change of the actual curve, and it has been proved that this kind of modeling method is effective.
