Methods of Improving Slew-Rate in Op Amps

摘要：

A tapical response of op amps with a large input step voltage is a ramp that is recognized a slope with a constant value. Output voltage chage rate in constant value area is called slew-rate. In this paper, the reason for slew-rate that is smaller than expected value was analyzed and improvement method was provided.
