Endoscopic ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration (EBUS-TBNA)is a new endoscopic technique which developed in recent years, the original endoscope enabled the doctors only observe the inside of trachea, bronchus, while EBUS-TBNA further extended to the outside of bronchial wall, it has a high value and some advantages in the diagnosis of intrathoracic lesions.
