A New Approach to Identify Research Focus of Medical Informatics Departments in China
In this paper take the Departments of Medical Informatics (MI) in China Medical Universities as the samples, explore a biclustering method to classify the universities and the subject topics presented in their publications into groups simultaneously, i.e., we not only classify the universities by their research topics, but also category the research topics into groups by their co-occurrence in the papers of their universities. Finally, we present these results in a single visualization matrix.
