摘要：

Informetrics has extended into many fields, it has gradually been recoganized and supported by all governments and administration sections. Mutual communication and understanding between the informetrics scholars of China and foreign countries are beneficial for absorbing foreign achievements and experience and promoting the further research of informetrics in China.
