This thesis points out the requirements for the indicator system construction of competence evaluation of Chinas general book publishing houses, presents concrete indicator system and evaluation methods for the competence evaluation, and on the basis of general book publishing houses competence evaluation, analyses the applied management of the mechanism for general book publishing houses withdrawal from the book market
