Element Analysis and Strategy Study on Enterprise Knowledge Management Based on Collaboration

摘要：

Abstract; This paper attempts to start from the conception of collaboration, put forward enterprise collaboration knowledge management from aspects of current background and technology and analyze its strategically target and four constituents of the target. The paper also explores three strategies to carry out enterprise collaboration knowledge management, and in the end suggests operation process and guarantee system of enterprise collaboration knowledge management.
